Through sheer hard work and good old fashioned Yorkshire determination, Newsholme Foods have built a successful business based around three principles – Authentic Recipes Traditional Production Quality Food By sticking to the principles laid down by Herbert Newsholme when he ran the family pig farm in Pudsey, West Yorkshire, today Newsholme Foods is owned by third generation David and John Newsholme, with fourth generation deeply embedded in the business. Since opening the first butchers shops in Huddersfield in the 1950’s Herbert's son Trevor has further instilled that local sourcing, good animal welfare and traditional methods and values produce the finest cooked meats and sausages.
